Department of public works routine and emergency repair services The repair services must be in accordance with the Bid Specifications, copies of which are on file in the Qualified Purchasing Agent's office, One Aberdeen Square, Aberdeen, New Jersey, 07747 and may be obtained during regular business hours. During the performance of this contract, the Contractor shall conform with Affirmative Action regulations set forth in N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27-1 et seq., as amended and supplemented from time to time. Bidders are also required to comply with applicable statutory requirements set forth in the Contract Documents, including the requirements of the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 (42 U.S.C. 12101 et seq.). Bids must be accompanied by a certified check, cashier's check or bid bond for of the total amount of the bid, but not to exceed $20,000, made payable to the Township of Aberdeen. Bids must be enclosed in a sealed envelope with the bidder's name and address and the designation of the services bid noted on the outside of the envelope. The right is reserved to reject any and all bids, to increase or decrease quantities to be purchased or to waive any informality in the bids and accompanying documents received, all in accordance with applicable law. Bidders are required to be registered by the New Jersey Department of Labor and Workforce Development at the time bids are received pursuant to the Public Works Contractor Registration Act, N.J.S.A. 34:11-56.51. Bidders are also required to be registered by the New Jersey Department of Treasury, Division of Revenue, at the time bids are received pursuant to the Business Registration Act, N.J.S.A.52:32-44.
