The Office of Procurement Services issues this solicitation to establish a Award Contract for: Playground Resurfacing Bid Specifications This Solicitation is being issued to obtain bids for playground resurfacing for Heritage Christian School at 3585 Thruston Dermont Rd, Owensboro, KY 42303. Installation shall include the delivery and setup of all items purchased against the contract resulting from this solicitation (commodity lines 1 through 5). The school will provide a dumpster on site and will be responsible for dumpster haul away. All pricing submitted in response to this solicitation shall include freight. The purpose of this solicitation is to request vendor responses in order to provide these items under contract to agencies as needed. All proposed pricing shall remain valid for a minimum of sixty (60) calendar days after the bid due date. This Contract shall be awarded as Group All.
