The City of Owensboro is seeking a reputable vendor to provide all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, and incidentals, in accordance with applicable local, state, and federal requirements, required for both preventative and correct maintenance for our UPS units and batteries, as well as provide 24 x 7 technical support to the City's four Eaton UPS units. The successful bidder MUST be capable of utilizing the Eaton software OR EQUAL for every troubleshoot or inspection of our UPS units. The City of Owensboro reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any irregularities in said bids.
