Owensboro Municipal Utilities (OMU) is requesting proposals for painting and repairs to our Customer Service Center building, specifically the first floor. Normal wear and tear as well as use changes have created the need to make improvements and repairs to the facility, which houses the customer service lobby and billing departments. Leaks inside the building have caused damage to interior walls and the exposed areas of the damage reveal the need to remove the existing wallpaper, perform needed drywall repairs and paint walls accordingly. Full extent of the repairs needed due to the water damage cannot be accessed by OMU alone and will require discussions with contractors that have the adequate experience/expertise. OMU reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive irregularities.
