Demolition, site work, paving and new construction of a mixed-use development in Owensboro, Kentucky. Completed plans call for site work for a fire / police facility; for the construction of a 16,850-square-foot, five-story above grade fire / police facility; for the demolition of a fire / police facility; for paving for a fire / police facility; and 16,850-square-foot office development.
Provide all labor, material, supervision, equipment, services and incidentals required to demolish two existing fire department training buildings, construct a new one-story (with mezzanine), approximately 12,000 square foot, pre-engineered metal building, fire department training facility - with three apparatus/training bays, offices, classrooms, and support spaces; and construct a new four-story (with two story and one-story sections), approximately 4,850 square foot, fire training tower. In addition, there will be site improvements for approximately 2 acres of the project site, including grading, paving, and utility work. Last day to ask questions is now January 26, 2023. The City of Owensboro reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any irregularities in said bids.
