The City is requesting sealed bids for the Jackson Street Parking Garage Equipment Upgrade. No bid may be withdrawn after the scheduled time of the public opening of bids. The opening and reading of the bids will occur in Room 326 of the City-County Building, 316 North Park Avenue, Helena, Montana. The proposed project consists of Equipment Upgrade at Jackson Street Parking Garage. Each bidder shall expressly covenant in the bid that if the bidder is awarded the contract, the bidder will, within _10__ days after the bid is awarded, enter into a formal contract and give an approved performance bond and a labor and materials payment bond to secure the performance of the terms and conditions of the contract. Each bid must be accompanied by bid security payable to the City of Helena for Provide and install the following Jackson Street Parking Garage: Equipment Upgrade 201 N. Jackson Street, Helena Montana 59601 Facility is a 3 Level Garage. Levels are not connected to each other Each of them has their own entrance / exit. First floor is managed by CALE Pay-By-License Plate. The other two floors are "Monthly Cards Only" 1 ) 1st Floor - (2) Gate Arms used for traffic control only 2) 2nd Floor - (2) Gate Arms and (2) Card Readers 3) 3rd Floor - (2) Gate Arms (2) Card Readers
