The intent of this bid is to obtain stipulated price (lump-sum) bid(s) from bidders for trade contract work for the Selkirk Regional Health Centre - Inpatient Addition, Work Package 3b (WP3b) - Structural Steel & Miscellaneous Metals located at 120 Easton Drive, Selkirk, Manitoba as indicated in the bid documents. The work included in this package includes but is not limited to: 1. Structural steel & miscellaneous metals - Remaining structural steel and miscellaneous metals not tendered as part of the Work Package 2 - Foundations Tender and identified in Article 1.2.3 of this document. 2. Structural steel & miscellaneous metals - For clarity structural beams and columns supporting main flooring as well as main floor metal decking are to be included in base bid. 3. Scope of work below elevation 100.000 already tendered and shall not be included: - Anchor bolts embedded. - Weld plates embedded into for beam connections and brick supports including shear stud connectors and post-installed adhesive. - Embedded bearing plates including shear stud connectors. - Embedded edge angle with anchors into concrete. - Sump pit frames, covers and ladders. - Steel deck supports. - Weld plates and angle for sidewalk slabs. - Weld plates and angle for stone veneer.
