CVWD is requesting bids from storage tank manufacturers or authorized dealers or distributors to furnish and deliver a 6,500 gallon storage tank for Sodium Bisulfite. The specifications for the tank are attached. This is a purchase and delivery only, all mounting and assembly to be done by CVWD staff. All bidders must include bid acknowledgement and experience statement with their bid. Forms are attached. The Successful Bidder shall provide CVWD with insurance certificate and endorsements, per the attached agreement, within (15) days of Notice of Award. The Successful Bidder must execute a Purchase Agreement with the District within (15) business days of Notice of Award. Sample agreement attached.
