The CROOK COUNTY FIRE & RESCUE ("the Owner") Requests Proposals from experienced Construction Manager/General Contractors (CM/GC) for the construction of the FIRE STATION 1201 SEISMIC REHABILITATION Project. Project Scope of Work: The project consists of seismic strengthening in Fire Station 1201. The CM/GC firms responding to this RFP will be evaluated based upon company overview, firm experience, similar project history, and other criteria identified in this RFP. This solicitation does not obligate the Owner to pay any costs incurred in preparation of Proposals. The Owner reserves the right to reject any Proposal that is not in compliance with all prescribed requirements. For good cause, the Owner may reject any or all Proposals upon a written finding that it is in the public interest to do so.
