PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sealed bids for the DAP HEALTH SOCIAL SERVICES WING HVAC REPLACEMENT & MINOR INTERIOR IMPROVEMENTS, will be received at the office of the Architect at 199 South Civic Drive, Suite 10, in Palm Springs, California, until 2:00 pm PST on October 11, 2022 at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud. 2.DESCRIPTION OF THE WORK: The Work comprises of improvements to the mechanical system, such as the upgrade of the HVAC system and appurtenant work, and minor interior improvements, at DAP Health 100 Suites, 1695 N. Sunrise Way, Palm Springs, California, 92262. ESTIMATE: The Engineer's Estimate is approximately $180,000 for Bid Schedule 1. Due to the current manufacturing challenges, Time allotted for Preparation of Equipment Submittal, Ordering, purchasing and procurement of equipment are separate to the time specified below: 1. Bid Schedule 1 - 50 calendar days 2. Bid Schedule 1 & 2 - 85 calendar days
