Sealed proposals will be received when called for by the purchasing agent at the time and place set forth above in this notice. Said proposals can be mailed or hand delivered to city hall, 260 high street, perth amboy, nj 08861, prior to the date and time stated. The city of perth amboy is not responsible for late delivery by any courier or the postal service. Proposers are required to comply with: (1) affirmative action regulations requirement of n.J.S.A.10:5-31 et seq.
