Renovation of an educational facility in West Jordan, Utah. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Parking permits are required. Park legally in any of the yellow or blue parking stalls (with the exception of a reserved sign or a meter). Use the following one-day parking code at the kiosk in the lot: VENDORFC. A bid bond properly signed by the contractor and a qualified surety, on the AIA Document A310 – 2010 Bid Bond, or equivalent, in the amount of 5% of the bid, shall accompany the bid submission and uploaded in U3P. If the bid bond is not furnished with the bid through U3P, the BID is NONRESPONSIVE.A bid bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid amount, made payable to Salt Lake Community College on the AIA Document A310 – 2010 Bid Bond, or equivalent, shall accompany the bid submission. If the bid bond is not uploaded with the bid through U3P, the bid is NONRESPONSIVE. SLCC reserves the right to reject any or all Bids. The Contractor shall comply with and require all of its Subcontractors to comply with the license laws as required by the State of Utah.
