Description

A Bidder may withdraw its response at any time prior to the closing date and time for the solicitation. The Bidder's request to withdraw its response must be made in writing on company letterhead. Any questions pertaining to this request must be submitted through electronically no later than September 13, 2022 at 12 p.m. The City is not obligated to and may at its own discretion choose not to accept or answer questions received after that date The services provided by Contractor awarded will be for a one (1) year term with four (4) one (1) year options to renew. If the CITY or Contractor terminates this Agreement for any reason, Contractor shall waive and hereby does waive any and all claims against the CITY for termination charges, other than those agreed, profits, losses or damages, including, without limitation, loss of profits or indirect, special or consequential damages resulting from the termination.
