Henry County will receive sealed Bids for Government Building TSI Asbestos Abatement The Work consists of the following: Abatement of asbestos containing building materials including TSI pipe insulation ( 2,976 LF) and joints ( 146), including piping and joints, as more specifically outlined in the plans. Questions prior to bid opening shall be submitted electronically to Bryan Brass (bcb@klingner.com) Include in the Subject I ne: Henry Co. Government Building TSI Asbestos Abatement - Question Submittal. Reference Specification Section or Plan Sheet in email. No questions shall be taken over the phone. A certified check or bank draft, payable to Henry County, negotiable U.S. Government bonds (at par value) or a satisfactory Bid Bond executed by the Bidder and an acceptable surety in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the total Bid shall be submitted with each Bid. Compliance with all applicable Federal, State and local laws, rules and regulations is required. The Henry County reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to accept other than the lowest bid, and to waive any irregularities or informalities in bids received. Bids may be held by Henry County for a period not to exceed thirty (45) days from the date of the opening of Bids for the purpose of reviewing the Bids and investigating the qualifications of Bidders, prior to awarding the Contract.
