Electric Replacement of emergency lights:Removal of one light from the original West wall Replace emergency lights throughout the building Nest fire alarm system installed Repair an outlet on the North wall behind the front desk Move a light switch from the meeting room to the downstairs entryway Replace dusk to dawn light outside the Chestnut St.door Heating & AC Meeting Room to have a mini-split system installed and old vents closed off with blanks to cover holes Replace old coil, condensing unit, line set and plenum for Children's Library Zone the Children's Library and Upstairs Replace Furnace, coil, condensing unit and line set All equipment must be 96+ percent efficient Copy of Factory Warranty required 10 years or higher Water Heater to be replaced with the same size unit For the above -Proof of liability insurance required one million dollars, proof of certification of class 2 or above for Heating and AC, must follow national electric code for electrical work. Itemized list of materials and labor required.
