Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in San Diego, California. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The Improvements consist of the following work: Installation of a roundabout and truck apron, raised splitter islands with passageways, curb extensions, curb and gutter, sidewalk, curb ramps, continental crosswalks with rapid flashing beacons, driveways, PCC pavement, signing and striping, storm drains, modular wetland system, retaining walls, inlets, and clean outs. This is the City of San Diego's (City) solicitation process to acquire Construction services for Foothill Blvd & Loring St Roundabout. For additional information refer to Attachment A ESTIMATED CONSTRUCTION COST: The Citys estimated construction cost for this project is $1,830,000.
