Renovation of a mixed-use development in Iowa City, Iowa. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
This project will renovate cage wash equipment and areas of rooms B52A and B52B. The study phase of the project will identify what should be done in the area and develop itemized estimations for customer's decision. General Description of Work: 1) Project consists of replacement of cage wash equipment, including but not limited to room wall demolition, concrete floor replacement, new paint and ceiling finishes, mechanical and plumbing modifications include sink and eye wash relocations, new floor drain and floor sink, electrical modifications to accommodate new equipment, including VFD panel, etc. 2) Alternates: None. 3) Allowances: None. 4) Unit Prices: None.
