This project consists of improvements of the existing Plant #27 Pump Station through the addition of a 2,800 GPM pump and associated piping and valves, and electrical improvements. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informalities and to reject any or all bids. Bids may be held by the Owner for a period not to exceed 30 days from the date of bid opening for the purpose of reviewing the bids and investigating the qualifications of Bidders prior to awarding of the contract. Contractors must register through portal to be considered a registered plan holder eligible to bid the project. Bid Bond: A certified check or bank draft, payable to the order of the Johnson County SUD, negotiable U.S. Government bonds (at par value) or a satisfactory Bid Bond executed by the Bidder and an acceptable surety in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the total bid shall be submitted with each bid.
