Site work for a civil project in Kamloops, British Columbia. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; and road / highway.

The proposed contract requires the safe and timely removal of the Mud River bridge located Northeast of Blue River, 26.5 km into the Mud River Forest Service Road (FSR). The contractor must ensure the removal, and disposal of the bridge while causing the least amount of environmental damage possible. The project consists of bridge removal, re-stabilization of the banks, removal of fill abutments, cleanup of the area, proper disposal of bridge materials, and deactivation of approximately 4 km of the FSR. The bridge delaunch and road deactivation will include the transport of the steel bridge girders to Clearwater and other project materials to approved locations. The project will be completed by March 15th, 2024. Documents can be obtained from www.bcbid.gov.bc.ca.
