If questions are received, a Question & Answer document will be posted to BC Bid by 4:00 P.M., on July 6th, 2022. TAX VERIFICATION "Tax Verification Letter" means a letter issued by the Province's Ministry of Finance to verify that a bidder meets its applicable B.C. corporate income tax filing obligations and provincial sales tax (PST) filing and payment obligations, which may be required to be produced by a bidder as a condition of Contract finalization. See the Specimen Contract Schedule G and Appendix 1. Tenders must be submitted in accordance with the terms and conditions specified in the tender package. The lowest priced or any tender will not necessarily be accepted. This solicitation is subject to the New West Partnership Trade Agreement (NWPTA), the Canada Free Trade Agreement (CFTA), the Agreement between the Government of Canada and the Government of the United States of America on Government Procurement (CUSPA), and the World Trade Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (GPA).
