The Owner invites proposals through this Request for Proposal ("RFP") from qualified firms for the provision of a solid waste management services in a portion of Electoral Area "B" serving the communities of Blue River and Avola. The successful Proponent will provide Curbside Collection Service (refuse and recycling) in Blue River and Avola and Site Operation and Maintenance Services at the Blue River Eco-Depot.
