The objective of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to obtain the services of a qualified contractor to field test and repair large water meters using a program approach as specified in Section 2 Technical Specifications. All work will be performed at customer locations throughout Fairfax County, Virginia. Testing, repair services, and data analysis of results will be comprehensive and in full conformance with these Specifications. Term: The initial term of the contract will be for one year, covering the period from November 1, 2022 through October 31, 2023 with the option to renew the contract for up to four additional one-year periods, for a maximum total of five years.
