Reference number : 1640377 Review Title : Supply of fine food salt in bulk - Aquarium du Québec Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2022-09-12 Submission sent electronically accepted: Yes, in a single submission document Expected duration of the contract without the options (in months): 12 The Société des establishments de plein air du Québec (the Sépaq) is requesting bids from suppliers interested in supplying approximately 300 tons of fine food salt in bulk, on order (the " Salt in bulk ") to the Aquarium du Québec (the Establishment ). The contract to supply on order is for a period of one (1) year, beginning on October 1 , 2022 and ending on September 30, 2023, without the possibility of renewal. The Supplier undertakes to deliver the Salt in bulk, according to Sépaq's needs, to the Establishment's water treatment plant located at 1675, avenue des Hôtels, Québec (Québec) G1W 4S3 or to any other address. agreed, as follows: Make approximately 12 deliveries per year, or approximately 26 tonnes of bulk salt per delivery; All deliveries must be made between Monday and Friday inclusively; During the peak period, ie from June to August inclusively, the Supplier must make deliveries between 7:00 a.m. and 9:00 a.m.; For all other months of the duration of the supply contract, deliveries must be made between 7:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. Deliveries must be made within a maximum of 10 days from the issue of an order.
