For Buried Liner Material The materials proposed to be furnished in the bid must meet the included specification for geocomposite liner material. In addition to the liner material, bids must include sufficient adhesive to bond seams in the quantity noted on the bid form. Adhesive shall be of a type recommended by the liner manufacturer for use with the liner material being bid. Bids must be accompanied by sufficient technical information to ensure the material provided meets the District specification. Each bid must be submitted on the included Bid Form. Bids for liner material must include freight to Royal Watermaster Yard, 11522 1st Ave SE Royal, Othello, WA 99344 or Winchester Watermaster Yard, 9930 HWY 28 W, Quincy, WA 98848 as indicated on the Bid Form. Following the bid opening, all bids will be tabulated, checked and evaluated by the Districts staff. Tabulated bids will then be submitted to the Districts Board of Directors for consideration and award at their meeting on Tuesday, October 4, 2022. The District reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, and to waive any irregularities as informalities in said bids.
