As of October 11, 2022, construction has not commenced and a timeline for construction has not been confirmed. Nabholz Construction will be accepting subcontractor bids for the XNA Terminal Building Expansion & Improvements. Project includes a sky bridge that will be an elevated steel structure circulation bridge that connects the parking garage w/ the terminal. Renovations include new baggage handling systems, new terrazzo flooring, significant structural demolition/modification/additions, painting, and lighting. Project consist of new construction of approximately 36,525 square-feet and significant renovation of approximately 55,000 square-feet for a project total of 91,525 square-feet. A bid security (Bid Bond) of 5% for proposals greater than $100,000 is required to be included with the proposal. All bids shall be submitted in accordance with all state, regulatory, and licensing requirements, and all requirements of the Construction Manager's Manual. To be considered, bidders must be licensed or registered, if applicable, in the state of Arkansas on day of bid opening.
