The City of Durham is Requesting Qualifications for a Design-Build services team for mechanical upgrades at The Carolina Theatre. All Request for Qualifications must include a Non-Collusion affidavit. The City of Durham reserves the right to reject any or all proposals. Notice under the Americans with Disabilities Act.
