Site work, paving and new construction of a civil project in Toquerville, Utah. Completed plans call for the construction of a bridge / tunnel; for site work for a bridge / tunnel; for paving for a bridge / tunnel; road / highway; and road / highway.
The 100% performance labor and materials bond will be required on this project. Every BID shall be accompanied by a bid bond in the amount of 5% of the BID, naming Toquerville City as oblige, this bid bond must be issued by a surety company licensed to do business in the State of Utah and be on a bond form acceptable to Toquerville City. Toquerville City reserves the right to reject any, or all BIDS, or to waive any formality or technicality in any BID, in the interest of the city. The BID includes the following: earthwork, rock excavation, drilling, paving, construction and installation of two bridges over Ash Creek. From SR-17 at LaVerkin Creek to Shangri-La Road Toquerville, Utah The bidder shall visit the project site and become familiar with the existing site conditions. Technical questions regarding the bidding documents shall be directed to Horrocks Engineers at Aronb@horrocks.gom
