Pursuant to the Arizona Procurement Code, A.R.S. 41-2501 et seq., the State of Arizona Department of Transportation (Department), The Department intends to establish a term contract for Pole and Cabinet Foundation Installation/Removal Services throughout the State of Arizona Work areas shall be considered one of two types: Phoenix Metropolitan area (Central District), or outside Phoenix area.Pole foundations shall have a two (2) inch PVC conduit that must be connected, by the Contractor, to the pull box that fed the abandoned foundation or to the pull box designated by the Department to feed the new foundation.Cabinet foundations shall include PVC conduit(s) ,The cost to provide the connecting conduit, up to ten (10) feet from edge of foundation to edge of pull box, shall be included in the cost of the foundation. Any distance that exceeds 11 feet shall be paid for at the bid price per foot for conduit installation.The Contractor shall supply and install the approved number four (4) AWG bare copper ground wire. The length and installation location shall be in accordance with the Standard Drawings.
