Middleburg Municipal Authority (Owner) is requesting Bids for the construction of the following Project: Kissimmee WWTP Coating Rehabilitation Prepping & coating the tank surfaces and minor valve replacement at the Middleburg Municipal Authority's packaged wastewater treatment plant located in Kissimmee, Pennsylvania. Bids are requested for the following Contract: Contract No. 1 - General Construction CLARIFICATION DEADLINE 2/28/2023 2:00 PM The designated website will be updated periodically with addenda, lists of registered plan holders, reports, and other information relevant to submitting a Bid for the Project. All official notifications, addenda, and other Bidding Documents will be offered only through the designated website. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for Bidding Documents, including addenda, if any, obtained from sources other than the designated website. Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of ten (10%) percent of the total bid, as a guarantee that the bidder will execute the contract and furnish the necessary bonds if the contract is awarded to him/her. No bidder may withdraw his or her bid within sixty (60) days after the actual opening thereof. Middleburg Municipal Authority reserves the right to waive any irregularities, to reject any and all bids and to award the contract to the lowest responsible bidder.
