The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, supplies, supervision, and transportation needed to complete the scope of work and CLIN 0001. All work shall be done in accordance with the terms and conditions, drawings, SOW and other attachments set forth in this RFQ. IAW FAR 36.204 the estimated magnitude of this project is; less than $25,000.00. Completion shall be 60 days after Notice to Proceed. Department of Labor General Decision #WA20220042 dated Aug 05 2022 is applicable to this requirement. See attachments A site visit is scheduled for 8 Sep 2022 from 1:00 to 2:00pm PDT All questions pertaining to this solicitation, including questions that arise during the site visit, must be submitted to Theodore Blume at theodore.blume@usda.gov 9:00am PDT, 9 September 2022. The USDA ARS requires that all labor, supervision, tools, and materials be provided to The Contractor shall perform the required tasks at building 105- Removal and disposal of remaining current/ineffective/deteriorating exterior paint on the brick and wood office(s) and lab(s) sections of Building 105. Paint is to be scraped and power washed. Deteriorated and rotted wood trim is to be removed and replaced to original specifications. Areas are to be sealed with appropriate caulking and secured with appropriate materials. Areas are to be primed and painted with more than one layer of paint to match the existing color scheme. Southern section of building bottom is to be "sealed" to the adjoining concrete slab. The contractor shall remove all waste material(s) and disposed of them off-site off site in accordance with required federal and state guidelines. All work shall be performed in accordance with the terms, conditions, drawings, and specifications contained in this document.
