Site work and new construction of an educational facility in Pullman, Washington. Completed plans call for the construction of a educational facility; and for site work for a educational facility.
Project scope includes but is not limited to site work and construction of a new educational facility at Voiland College. As of September 7, 2023, the owner has selected a Design Builder. Design Builder plans to select subcontractors from a pre-determined list. Construction is anticipated to begin Summer 2024, however, an exact timeline for construction has not been confirmed.
