Delivery: 90 Days After Notice to Proceed Period of Performance: 03/30/2023 to 06/28/2023 0001 Replacement rain gutters for Building 109B 1 JC (534800B145) Period of Performance: 03/30/2023 to 03/28/2023 Provide all labor, materials, equipment, supplies, supervision, and transportation needed to complete the rain gutter installation. All work shall be done in accordance with (IAW) the terns and conditions, drawings, SOW and other attachments set forth in the RFQ. IAW FAR 36.204, the estimated magnitude of this project is less than $25,000.00. Completion of this project shall be 90 days after the Notice to Proceed (NTP). Dept. of Labor General Decision #WA20220042 dated 02/03/2023 is applicable to this contract. All questions pertaining to this solicitation, including questions that arise during the site visit, must be submitted Michael.Sherlock@usda.gov by 1:00 p.m. Pacific Time March 23, 2023. Building 109B, which has a metal roof, needs replacement rain gutters, since the existing rain gutters are broken by snow and are now ineffective. a. Remove and dispose existing gutters, wedges, hangers, and other gutter attachments b. Install new gutters a. Gutters to be K-style 6" steel with manufacturer applied white finish b. Gutters to have end caps c. Provide and install all fasteners, hangars, end caps, outlets, seams, sealant, wedges, flashing and other accessories for a complete watertight installation. d. Minimum 20' lengths of gutter e. Install hangars at minimum of 18" c. Reconnect the existing downspouts. Replace elbows and connectors as needed to fit new gutter.
