Renovation of a military facility in Pullman, Washington. Completed plans call for the renovation of a military facility.
This is a request for quote to replace accessible insulation with spray foam for the USDA ARS in Pullman, WA. Please see the attached SF-18 and other documents for more detail information, site visit information and submission instructions. This is a total small business set-aside. The magnitude of construction is $25,000 to $100,000. A bid guarantee is not required for quotes less than $150K. After award, in accordance with Contract Clause 52.228-15, and FAR 28.102, Contractors are reminded that any amount awarded over $35,000.00 shall require a Payment Bond (SF 25A), and awards exceeding $150,000.00 shall require both Payment and Performance Bonds (SF 25) PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE: 60 calendar days after notice to proceed. All questions pertaining to this solicitation, including questions that arise during the site visit, must be submitted to Michael.Sherlock@usda.gov 9:00 a.m. PST, Thursday, July 13, 2023.
