Demolition and renovation of a municipal facility in Pullman, Washington. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility; and for the demolition of a municipal facility.
The project scope of work consists of removal of existing roof mounted chillers, and replacement with new roof mounted chillers, include related work in building mechanical room. The work includes selective demolition work. A bid bond in the amount of 5% of the total bid amount is required. Liquidated damages of Five Hundred Dollars ($500) shall be assessed for each calendar day beyond the Date of Substantial Completion identified in Article 3.3.1. That the City of Pullman reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to determine which proposal is, in the judgment of the City of Pullman, the lowest responsible bid of a bidder or group of bidders and which proposal, if any, should be accepted in the best interests of the City, and that the City also reserves the right to waive any informalities in any proposal or bid. That we have not, either directly or indirectly, entered into any agreement, participated in any collusion, or otherwise taken any action in restraint of free competitive bidding in connection with such contract The City reserves the rights to reject any and all bids, to waive technicalities or irregularities, and after careful consideration of all bids and factors involved, make the award to best serve the interests of the City of Pullman CONTRACT TIME: To be completed within 180 calendar days
