Demolition, site work and addition to a mixed-use development in Coldwater, Michigan. Completed plans call for the addition of a 24,000-square-foot educational facility; for the demolition of a educational facility; and for site work for a educational facility.
This project is a new construction addition to an existing school. 1-story construction includes structural steel, EPDM roofing, slab on grade. The 24,000-sf addition will create: Classrooms, Lavatories, Corridors, and Common space. Question Deadline 09/14/2022 at 1:00 PM ET RFIs shall be submitted electronically to Shaun Toole @ stoole@corriganoil.com & Madison Mukensturm @ mmukensturm@corriganoil.com. RFI responses will be posted to the dropbox containing the bid documents. It will be the bidders responsibility to check the RFI folder for updates. No notices will be given. All bids shall be accompanied by a sworn and notarized statement disclosing any familial relationship that exists between the owner or any employee of the bidder and any member of the board, immediate school board, or board of directors or the superintendent of the school district, intermediate superintendent of the intermediate school district or Chief Executive Officer of the public-school academy.
