The Work covered by the Contract Documents comprises furnishing and installation of 1,350 linear feet of 12-inch water main located in S Michigan Avenue between Sauk River Drive and Chicago Street, 750 linear feet of 8-inch water main, 590 linear feet of 8-inch sanitary sewer main, and 260 linear feet of 12-inch storm sewer in Washington Street between Elm Street and Sprague Street, 675 linear feet of 8-inch water main, pavement and sidewalk rehabilitation along South Perkins Street between Elm Street and Sprague Street, and mill and fill along Sprague Street between Washington Street and the railroad tracks north of Sauk River Drive for Coldwater Board of Public Utilities, Owner. B. The Work includes the following major items: 1. Ductile iron water main installation including hydrants, valves, fittings, and services. 2. Sanitary sewer installation including manholes, services, and cleanouts. 3. Storm sewer installation including catch basins and manholes. 4. Concrete driveway and sidewalk reconstruction including ADA ramps. 5. Road construction and resurfacing including bituminous pavement, aggregate base, aggregate shoulder work, and sand subbase. 6.
