The successful bidder will be required to furnish a surety bond in the amount of 100 percent of the contract price with a corporate surety company, conditioned for (a) the faithful performance and completion of the work in strict accordance with the terms of the contract the payment of all laborers and mechanics, (b) for the repair, or replacement where required or the cost of repair or replacement, of all work performed under the terms of the contract and in accordance with the provisions of the terms of the contract and in accordance with the contract documents, and (c) labor that is performed and for the payment for material and equipment rental which is actually used or rented in the performance of the contract.
