Furnishing and/or Placing Road Gravel in the Following Approximate Amounts at Gravel Pits, in Stockpiles, and on Roads in Hall County, Nebraska. Stockpile a Approximate Tons Hall County Maintenance Yard 5,500 Tons Stockpile B Old Potash Highway East of Alda Road 2,500 Tons Stockpile C Wood River Maintenance Yard 8,000 Tons Stockpile D Cairo Maintenance Yard 7,000 Tons Stockpile E Alda Maintenance Yard 4,500 Tons Pit Gravel Hauled by County Hauled & Applied by County on County Roads East of Us Hwy 281 & South of Us Hwy 34 2,000 Tons Gravel Hauled and Applied by Contractor Hauled & Applied by Contractor on County Roads Between Prosser Spur S40d (Ne Hwy 11) and Us Hwy 281 and South of I-80 2,000 Tons Total: 31,500 Tons All Bidders Will Also Be Asked for Pit Prices Plus on-call Prices for Road Gravel Applied to County Roads by Each Township in Hall County. All Gravel Will Only Be Bid by the Ton With No Exceptions. Stockpile Gravel May Begin Upon Contract Award and Shall Have Fifty Percent (50%) Completion by April 28, 2023 and 100% Completion by May 26, 2023. Bidders Have the Right to Bid on Any One or More, or on All the Projects Listed. However, No Bidder Shall Be Allowed to Tie Their Bid on the Various Projects. Bidders Can Also Limit Themselves on the Number of Projects That Can Be Awarded. Certified Check or Bid Bond, Payable to Hall County, Nebraska, for Not Less Than 5% of the Total Bid Will Be Required. A Successful Bidder Will Be Required to Furnish Satisfactory Surety Bond in an Amount Equal to 100% of the Contract. The Hall County Board of Supervisors Reserves the Right to Waive All Technicalities and to Reject Any or All Bids.
