NOTICE that the Board of Trustees of the Incorporated Village of Greenport is soliciting sealed bids for: SERVICE, MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR OF THE VILLAGE OF GREENPORT WASTEWATER SEWAGE PUMPING STATIONS -- AUGUST 2022. Bids received after that date and time will be considered non-compliant and rejected. GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF WORK: The work to be performed consists principally of performing maintenance and repairs for the Village of Greenport Wastewater Sewage Pumping Stations. The Village of Greenport reserves the right to reject any/all bids or to waive any irregularity in a bid, and further reserves the right to accept the lowest responding bid that is deemed to be In the best interest of the Village of Greenport. The work performed under this contract is subject to the prevailing wage requirements of the New York State Labor Law. Any such interpretations or supplemental instructions will be in the form of written addenda, and will be mailed to all perspective bidders. The failure of any bidder to receive any such addenda will not relieve the bidders of any obligation under this bid as submitted. Any addenda so issued shall become part of the Contract Documents.
