AMENDMENT 0001 TO SPECIAL NOTICE 36C24122R0184 REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS (SF-330) The purpose of this amendment is to provide an updated SOW (with tracked changes), to incorporate the response to the Request for Information (RFI) received for special notice 36C24122R0184 and to extend the SF330 response date to Wednesday, October 5, 2022 at 1:00PM EST. Question 1: With the 65 page limit, does this include the CPARS attachmentsA Response: No, the CPARS attachments are not included in the 65 page limit. Question 2: In section H, line item E, ii Absolutely no photographs shall be submitted; Are we allowed to have photography/images throughout our SF330 Or, is this in reference to loose/extra photography Response: Images are allowed to be included within the SF330, however will not be part of the evaluation. No loose/extra photography is permitted. Question 3: Would we be able to use a previous PPQ, or does it need to be the PPQ provided Response: Previous PPQ are authorized and will be evaluated in accordance with the evaluation criteria. Question 4: The solicitation for the subject project contains language for relevancy of project(s) which requires an RFI. The line in question is the following: Recency is defined as performance occurring within five (5) years of the date of this Notice, except that ongoing projects must have begun no less than one (1) year prior to the issuance of this Notice. RFI: The limitation of projects which must have begun within one (1) year prior to the issuance of this Notice means that a nearly identical project to the project under solicitation could have been begun and completed and not be relevant. Since the Type A design services of this project is stated in the SOW to be 210 days, the relevancy should be changed to Recency is defined as performance occurring within five (5) years of the date of this Notice, except that ongoing projects must have begun no less than 210 days prior to the issuance of this Notice. Response: Relevant to the Past Performance evaluation criteria only, the selection criteria is hereby revised to: Recency is defined as performance occurring within five (5) years of the date of this Notice, except that ongoing projects must have begun no less than 210 days prior to the issuance of this Notice. Question 5: Since the selection of projects is extremely critical for the production of the SF330 and affects multiple locations within the SF330 we respectfully request a one week extension of the due date to October 7th. Response: This amendment extends the SF330 response date to Wednesday, October 5, 2022 at 1:00PM EST. ALL OTHER PROVISIONS IN THIS NOTICE BELOW REMAIN IN EFFECT. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
