In general, the Work consists of furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, and incidentals necessary to construct interbasin structures, an outlet structure, rip-rap, a 13' by 13' by 21' cast-in-place reinforced concrete pressure junction box, welded steel pipe lateral (42", 48", and 54"), a 3-bay 22' by 26' by 23' cast-in-place reinforced concrete pump station, 36" and 30" steel pump discharge piping and appurtenances, and other miscellaneous items to complete the work described in the Plans and Specifications to provide for fully functioning recharge basins Bids shall be submitted in a sealed envelope with the name of the bidder, the name of the project and the statement "Do Not Open Until the Time of Bid Opening."
