PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Remove/Replace Build up Roof on VC Basement Storage Area- Booker T. Washington National Monument Hardy, Virginia. The work will include all construction, labor, supplies, materials, tools, equipment, facilities, and travel necessary to complete the project. PROCUREMENT TYPE: The Government anticipates awarding a single firm-fixed price contract to meet this requirement. This firm-fixed price contract will be awarded in accordance with FAR Part 13 to the offeror that provides the best value to the Government based on price and prior experience.
