Saving Project...

Renovation of a municipal facility in San Diego, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

The County of San Diego (County), Sheriff's Department Wireless Services Division has a requirement to replace one (1) wall mounted air conditioning (A/C) unit located at the radio communications site known as Sunshine Summit, and one (1) lead lag controller unit. The County will only accept quotes that propose to supply and install one (1) Bard 3-ton W36A1-A0ZXP4XXJ "or equal" with low ambient control unit. A payment bond is required for any job totaling over $25,000.00. Prevailing wages shall apply to this project if estimated cost is $1,000.00 or more. A Payment Bond of 100% of the contract price is required on all projects with total cost over $25,000 The County will email confirmation of the date and time for your scheduled appointment for the Site Visit along with the address of the central meeting point. Offerors are responsible for their own transportation to the site. As access to radio site is restricted, site visit attendees will be escorted at all times while at the site. Site access roads are typically private, unpaved, narrow roads. High clearance vehicles will be required. 4WD is strongly recommended.
