1 Work of this Bid consists of the effort related to the BAS Recommissioning at two (2) facilities in the North Baffin region of Nunavut as part of a larger energy performance retrofit project. .1 Refer to Section 01 11 00 for a scope of work summary. .2 Refer to Section 25 01 00 for site-specific details on required upgrades and expected repairs. .2 The work is located at the following buildings: .1 CR01 Piqqusilirivvik Cultural Learning Centre (Clyde River) .2 QI01 Inuksuit School (Qikiqtarjuaq) .3 The following Appendices provide information on existing buildings: .1 Appendix G Building List .2 Appendix D Building Floorplans .3 Appendix F Existing BAS Graphics .4 Appendix B Hazardous Materials Reports. .4 Prior to ordering of materials, the Trade Contractor will be responsible for on-site reviews at all buildings to confirm accuracy of the scope of work, take necessary measurements, and perform local coordination (e.g. arrange for access to equipment such as lifts).
