Renovation of an educational facility in Gainesville, Florida. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
A bidder may withdraw their bid, either personally or by written request, at any time prior to the scheduled time for opening bids. B. No bidder may withdraw their bid for a period of forty-five calendar days after the date set for opening thereof, and bids shall be subject to acceptance by the Owner during this period. The Contract, if awarded, will be awarded to the responsible and responsive bidder who has proposed the lowest Base Bid, subject to the owner's right to reject any or all bids and to waive informality and irregularity in the bids and in the bidding. Acceptance or rejection of any bid will be at the owners sole discretion.
