A CIP is a financial schedule for short- and long-range projects which is updated regularly. Information listed in the CIP often evolves based on funding availability and the project details, including timeline and value, are subject to change. The content management team will continue to pursue additional details as they become available. The structural scope at the Metro Regional Center Office includes the following: 1. Installation of crack sealant and traffic coating at entrance to and exit from employee parking area. 2. Installation of support beam and columns at the employee access drive aisle. 3. Repair and support down to the foundation deteriorated beams at the Plaza access stairs. 4. Reshaping and carbon fiber wrapping of concrete columns at the Plaza access stairs. 5. Installation of structural steel plate corbels at existing steel beams at the Plaza access stairs. 6. Steel column support of existing steel beams adjacent to existing concrete columns and concrete walls. 7. Support of concrete edges with structural steel (bent plates, angles, epoxy anchors) in multiple locations in the employee parking area. 8. Removal and shaping of loose or spalling concrete in multiple locations in the employee parking area. 9. Saw cutting of concrete in multiple locations in support of the scope noted above. 10. Bracing of unreinforced masonry wall at the top of stair #2 in the employee office area. 11. Installation of new concrete foundations to support new steel columns. 12. Epoxy injection of large crack at underside of plaza level slab. The structural scope at the Irving Street Parking Garage includes the following: 1. Remove and replace top level traffic coating. 2. Installation of traffic coating at access ramps to top level parking. 3. Repair of stair nosing and spalling concrete on underside of stair risers include rusting reinforcing treatment. 4. Concrete coating and epoxy crack injection throughout the structure. 5. Removal of threaded inserts and patching of remaining holes throughout the structure. 6. Removal of cover at concrete columns, epoxy injection, treatment of rusting reinforcement, and installation of new cover material. 7. Repair of damaged ends of concrete walls and roofs. 8. Cleaning and repair of drainage gutters and piping associated with the top level of the structure. 9. Repair of the underside of concrete beams and joists throughout the structure to include removal of loose concrete, treatment of rusting reinforcement, epoxy injection and patching. 10. Repair of the top and bottom of concrete slabs at spalled concrete to include rusting reinforcing treatment, epoxy injection and patching. 11. Patching, coating, injection and sealing at various locations throughout the structure.
