Site work for a water / sewer project in Malvern, Arkansas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The project consists generally of certain sewer system rehabilitation including: 1. 1,216 feet of 8 inch sewer line replacement by open-cut methods; 2. 1,352 feet of 8 inch , 10 inch and 12 inch sewer line rehabilitation by cured-in-place pipe; 3. 367 feet of 12 inch sewer line rehabilitation by pipe bursting; 4. 306 feet of 10 inch sewer line rehabilitation by pipe bursting; 5. 1,769 feet of 8 inch sewer line rehabilitation by pipe bursting; 6. 1,240 feet of 6 inch to 8 inch sewer line rehabilitation by pipe bursting; 7. Together with incidental and ancillary work. The Contract Documents, consisting of Advertisement for Bids, Information for Bidders, Bid Form, Bid Bond, Agreement, Performance Bond, Payment Bond, General Conditions, Drawings, Specifications, and Addenda may be examined at the following locations: Crist Engineers, Inc. 205 Executive Court Little Rock, Arkansas 72205 501-664-1552 Malvern Water Works 506 Overman Street Malvern, Arkansas 72104 501-332-3634 The Owner reserves the right to waive any informalities in the bidding and to reject any or all bids. Each Bidder must deposit with his bid, security in the amount, form, and subject to the conditions provided in the Information for Bidders appearing in the Contract Documents. No bidder may withdraw his bid within 60 calendar days after the actual date of the opening thereof. Bidders must be licensed contractors qualified for business in the State of Arkansas before submitting a bid on this work.
