Renovation of a municipal facility in Dayton, Washington. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
As of October 27th, 2022, project was awarded to McKinstry - Spokane Office. Estimated timeframe of construction is from January to May 2023. Est. Completion Date: May 1, 2023. This project is for the replacement of the existing water source heat pump system including the cooling tower, boilers, and water source heat pumps (WSHP) inside the courthouse. Ductwork and piping modifications will be made to accommodate connection to the new WSHPs, but most of the existing ductwork and piping will be reused. Space is limited in some WSHP locations and access to the upper floor units is via a narrow staircase. The contractor will be required to coordinate the work with the Owner to minimize the disturbance of workers in some areas. Electrical components of this project are to be design build by the contractor. Bidding contractors shall bid a complete and functioning system.
