This Solicitation is issued for the purchase and delivery by the selected Supplier(s) for various types of Aggregate to be delivered throughout the state of Georgia. The Aggregate Statewide must conform to the current edition of the applicable GDOT Standard Specifications for Construction of Transportation Systems, Supplemental Specifications, and Special Provisions. In addition, the Work shall be performed in accordance with the Department's current Construction Standards and Details and the Materials shall conform the Department's current Qualified Products List (QPL). Bidders of this solicitation must be registered with the State of Georgia Office of Secretary of State. Vendor must provide company's full legal name as registered, and the signature must be that of the principal of the company or authorized agent. Please note that your company must be registered in Team Georgia Marketplace to access documents for this solicitation and submit your response. Bidders must download and upload solicitation documents requiring signature(s) and/or data responses as part of their overall solicitation response within the eRFQ system.
