Sealed bids addressed to Board of Directors, Waller County Road Improvement District No. 1, will be submitted through electrically as an alternate to delivering in-person to Ward, Getz & Associates, PLLC, 2500 Tanglewilde, Suite 120, Houston, Texas 77063, until 10:00 AM, Friday, September 16th, 2022, at which time all bids will be opened and publicly read for the furnishing of all material, equipment, labor and supervision necessary or incidental for the construction of Paving Facilities to Serve Kingsland Heights, Section Five for Waller County Road Improvement District No. 1, Waller County, Texas. Bids received after the closing time will be returned unopened. Scope of Project: Approximately 1200 linear feet of 4" x 12" Mountable Reinforced Concrete Curb Type and 6" Reinforced Concrete Curb Type. Approximately 2400 square yards of 6" reinforced concrete pavement. Approximately 2700 square yards of 8" subgrade preparation Storm Water Pollution Prevention Control. A bid bond or cashier's check in the amount of 5% of the total bid amount must accompany each bid. The successful bidder will be required to provide a performance bond, a payment bond, and a one-year maintenance bond as provided for in the bid documents, for the full amount of the contract. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
